Choose a scalloped-edge or straight-edge format and supply your logo, pattern or finished artwork. Full-color process printing with full ink coverage is included. CHOPSTICKS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Check sleeve fit against your chopsticks before approving the proof.

New design setup: per printed color. Full-color CMYK uses four colors (0). Same-design reorders have no setup charge.

Upload your logo or artwork, or send it after ordering. A print-ready vector PDF is preferred. For text orders, enter the exact wording, capitalization and punctuation. We provide an artwork proof for approval before production. Reorders must use the same approved artwork; a changed design is a new design.

Free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $59 or more under our store policy. Applicable tax is additional. Production estimates begin after artwork approval and exclude transit. Product images are illustrative custom branding mockups; final artwork and placement follow your approved proof.

Select the number matching your preferred reference style: 1 Orange and white; 2 Red, white and blue; 3 Kraft paper look; 4 Green bamboo leaves; 5 Green diagonal pattern. Your own logo and artwork replace the sample restaurant printing after proof approval.
