How to prepare
- Wash cabbage and salt the leaves until pliable, then rinse thoroughly and drain.
- Julienne radish and scallion and mix with chili flakes, garlic, ginger and optional fish sauce.
- Work the seasoning between the drained cabbage leaves using clean hands or food-safe gloves.
