• Neutral oil 1 tbsp
• Soy sauce 1 tsp
• Rice syrup 1 tbsp

How to prepare

1. Toast almonds separately until fragrant and set aside.
2. Dry-toast anchovies and sift away fine crumbs.
3. Saute anchovies with a little oil, lower the heat and toss with soy sauce, syrup and sugar.
4. Add almonds, turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and seeds; cool in a thin layer.
